What we store
- Sign-in cookies set by Clerk, our authentication provider (such as __session and __client_uat), to keep you signed in and to protect against session forgery. These are strictly necessary and exist only when you sign in.
- During an assessment, a queue of your own evidence events in the browser's IndexedDB so nothing is lost if your connection drops. It is bounded in size, sent to EvalFlo as you work, and cleared once delivered.
- Small preferences in local storage: whether the workspace rail is collapsed, the builder's panel layout and canvas position per flo, and stages you copied in the builder. None of it leaves your browser.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics scripts. If we ever add product analytics, this notice will say what is collected and give you a choice before anything is set.
Your controls
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Clearing them signs you out and, during an assessment, discards evidence that has not yet been sent; the assessment records that a gap occurred rather than inventing data. Questions: [email protected].
